One question that many clients ask is how they can find the right marketing methods for their business. It can definitely be hard to find a marketing technique that works well, is fun and easy for you to do, and actually gets results.
Not to mention a marketing method that fits with your unique personality. For example, public speaking is great for some, but what about those who are terrified by the thought? They’ll probably be so uncomfortable during the speech that they actually make others uncomfortable, which certainly won’t make them want to jump to work with you. In that case, the wrong marketing method could actually work against you by causing potential clients to doubt your abilities, however unfair that might be.
With that being said, it’s still hard to find the right marketing methods for you. Which is why I’m taking it upon myself to dive into different marketing methods in an effort to help you discover the right mix for your business.
We’re starting with article marketing. I interviewed Linda Dessau, ghostwriter, editor, and founder of You Talk, I’ll Write, to learn what article marketing is, exactly, how it can help a small business and who it can help. Click here to listen to our short (roughly 12 minutes) audio interview to find out if article marketing is the right fit for your business.
Do you use article marketing? How has it helped you grow your business? If you have any cool or interesting tips to share, please leave them in the comment section below!
